Chorizo Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. chorizo
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 c cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 c Monterrey jack cheese (shredded)

    • Directions

    1. Fry chorizo until lightly browned.
    2. Add chorizo and remaining ingredients to a microwave-safe dish.
    3. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, repeat until melted and well combined.
    4. Transfer to a crock pot and serve.
